Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute is a private university that focuses on engineering and science. The school was founded in 1824 by Stephen van Rensselaer for the purpose of applying useful knowledge to everyday life. The campus is in upstate New York, nestled in the beautiful and historic Hudson River valley, surrounded by historic sites that date from the founding of the United States and even before. Rensselaer students are capable, hard-working, and curious about nature and life. They are a pleasure to teach. Below are some images of campus.
